For the 10-15 or so bloggers who regularly comment there are, like, 50+ "unique/new visitors" who don't. I don't know if it's any comfort to you, but my guess is that more people quietly read your blog than you think. :)

I'm happy to hear that things are swimming right along! Congrats on 23 weeks! Wooo! And yay on ordering things! We still haven't made a registry yet and we've not ordered the first bit of gear for the baby. We'll get there...I hope!

My younger sister is organizing a baby shower for me in November. It'll be a combination of family and friends. There's been discussion at work about two of the departments I work in hosting showers as well, but who knows if that will really happen? Anyway, to back up Ernie's idea, you're due around one of the most festive times of the year--perhaps hosting a little holiday-ish party at your pad will be a good alternative to throwing yourself a baby shower?Trinityhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12133740026125341736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7515471958603625212.post-66248771362036759382010-09-07T13:39:23.079-05:002010-09-07T13:39:23.079-05:00I am still reading too! It is so fun to watch you...I am still reading too! It is so fun to watch your belly move, I really love that.

We're more or less hosting a shower at our house. We're not planning it, someone else is helping with that, but it will be more of a last large get together at our house before the baby arrives. I'm really not expecting to get any registry gifts. Maybe you guys could do something kind of like that instead of a true shower.

My sister was lucky, she worked at a job for a few months in a city she'd only lived in a for a few months, and the women there threw her a nice shower!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7515471958603625212.post-64982154201077021592010-09-07T09:16:53.834-05:002010-09-07T09:16:53.834-05:00I am definitely still reading along! Glad to hear ...I am definitely still reading along! Glad to hear everything is still going well for you and baby Elvis. It must make it feel very real to be able to purchase things and also to see the baby kicking!Glass Case of Emotionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05955456197879910244noreply@blogger.com
